Organised Chaos for Vogue China is a high-fashion editorial series that explores the interplay between rigid structural design and fluid, experimental visual effects. Photographed by Justin Ridler with creative direction from Justin Woo, the project features talent Mao Xiaoxing in a range of structured, minimalist ensembles. The imagery anchors clean, high-fashion silhouettes against complex geometric wireframe sculptures and suspended, high-speed fluid elements. The series leans into a refined, editorial aesthetic, utilizing VFX and multiple-exposure techniques to create a sense of suspended motion. By contrasting sharp, tailored garments with surrealist compositions and desaturated tones, the work maintains a focus on precise form.
