"Kleio Bag" Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Aug 2024
For the Versace Kleio Bag Fall 2024 ad campaign, creative directors Song Taejong and Rosie Marks have orchestrated a visual narrative that masterfully balances the house's storied maximalist heritage with a grounded, contemporary lifestyle perspective. Captured through the lens of photographers Mok Jung Wook and Rosie Marks, the collection of imagery oscillates between crisp, high-contrast studio strobe portraiture and the warm, diffused intimacy of natural light photography. This dual-pronged approach highlights the versatility of the Kleio bag, positioning it as an essential accessory that thrives as easily against a neutral gradient backdrop as it does in the sun-drenched, architectural settings of a residential entryway. The campaign is elevated by sharp, editorial styling by Lee Woo Min and Allegra V. Beck, which leans into sophisticated sartorial choices—from structured blazers and tweed to tactile denim—that allow the bag’s distinctive gold-toned hardware and chain straps to command focus. With nuanced grooming by hair stylist Rachel Lee and makeup artist Ana Takahashi, the series features models including NINGNING, Ali Dansky, Tara Halliwell, and Mila Van Eeten. By utilizing techniques ranging from cinematic studio shots to candid lifestyle frames, the project effectively underscores the Kleio’s place within the luxury fashion market, blending commercial appeal with an elevated, editorial minimalism that feels both timeless and distinctly Versace.
