Sister Sister is a beauty editorial project for The Beauty Department, exploring form and tone through a series of striking studio portraits. The collection features a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing high-contrast lighting to accentuate skin texture and graphic silhouettes across both monochrome and colour captures. The series is anchored by the creative direction of Nadine Monley and Chloe Rahall, with photography by Daniel Goode. Each portrait employs controlled lighting techniques to sculpt the subjects, ranging from soft, diffused beauty light to sharp, hard directional shadows. The visual narrative is further refined by fashion styling from Emily Gittany and intricate retouching by Sarah Donvito, resulting in a cohesive set of clean, editorial visuals.
