Tank Magazine's 'Chasing Time' project explores the intersection of luxury horology and architectural composition. This editorial fashion series centers on high-end timepieces, framing watches from brands like IWC Schaffhausen and Van Cleef & Arpels against both urban streetscapes and constructed, surreal environments. Photographer Brennan Bucannan and creative director Sohrab Golsorkhi-Ainslie employ a distinct graphic approach, utilizing paper art and sharp, layered shadows to frame each timepiece. The work leans into a playful aesthetic, juxtaposing traditional jewellery craft with bold textures, primary-colored miniature settings, and unexpected signage motifs.
