Documenting the meticulous preparation behind the Marine Serre Fall/Winter 2025 presentation, this editorial series captures the intersection of high-concept tailoring and ornate beauty direction. Photographer Vincent Fandos focuses his lens on the intimate spaces of the backstage environment, highlighting the interplay between minimalist studio portraiture and candid, process-oriented documentary photography. Working alongside fashion editor and stylist Benoit Bethume, the project emphasizes a rigorous attention to material and texture. The styling incorporates sharp, structured silhouettes in leather and satin, juxtaposed with elaborate hair and makeup interventions. Ali Pirzadeh’s intricate hair work, often featuring heavy metallic ornamentation, celestial-themed pins, and wet-look textures, acts as a primary focal point throughout the series, complemented by Janeen Witherspoon’s refined, tonal makeup applications.
