Noir Poétique is a fashion editorial series produced for Sicky Magazine, centered on a series of minimalist studio portraits. The project explores sharp tailoring and tactile fabric contrasts, ranging from sheer ruched gowns and structured leather blazers to voluminous fur outerwear. Photographer Jose Carvajal utilizes clean, bright lighting against a stark white seamless backdrop to emphasize the sculptural qualities of the garments and the model's distinct silhouette. The aesthetic leans into a refined, editorial style, supported by detail-oriented makeup artistry by Alvaro Dominguez. The work features a recurring focus on high-contrast textures, including chunky metallic jewellery and intricate hardware, captured through a clean lens.
