Shinko
Brand Identity

Feb 2022
Graphic designer Geoffrey Taylor has developed a comprehensive brand identity for Shinko, defined by a minimalist aesthetic and a high-contrast monochrome palette. The project spans across various media, including static graphic design panels, packaging, and digital animation, building a visual language that integrates sharp, geometric floral emblems with precise, clean typography. Working within a contemporary editorial framework, the identity incorporates bold sans-serif lettering and Japanese kanji to establish a sense of modern refinement. The application of these elements—seen from sleek, glossy retail packaging to large-scale urban billboard installations—maintains a consistent visual presence, whether rendered as crisp vector graphics or as textured, grainy imagery on architectural surfaces.
