Obsessions is a fashion editorial project for Self Service, directed by the creative lens of photographer Liv Liberg. The series captures model Astrid Østergaard across a diverse set of domestic and studio environments, moving from minimal, clean backgrounds to atmospheric, textured interiors. Fashion editor and stylist Eliza Conlon shapes the visual narrative, which explores a range of aesthetics from refined, structured tailoring to delicate lace ensembles and raw, modern denim. The project utilizes a blend of analogue film textures and deliberate lighting techniques—ranging from low-key chiaroscuro to crisp, direct flash—to emphasize fabric detail and form. Technical execution is supported by hair stylist Claire Grech and makeup artist Mel Arter, with casting direction provided by Julia Lange.
