Description

Red Wing presents 'Will Your Wings: Brelen,' a documentary-style brand film that examines the intersection of heritage craftsmanship and professional mentorship. The project follows a farrier with eleven years of experience as he operates within his forge and guides a young apprentice through the traditional techniques of horseshoeing. Shot on location in Petaluma, the production leans into a cinematic visual language defined by natural lighting and earthy, warm tones. The work utilises a grainy, analogue-inspired film texture to establish its documentary aesthetic, framing the narrative within the rustic environment of the workshop and surrounding pastoral landscapes. Creative direction was provided by Wieden+Kennedy New York.
