Progressive Insurance continues its Dr. Rick campaign with the commercial spot 'Chance Encounter.' The narrative follows the familiar character as he observes a homeowner navigating a public bakery interaction with LL Cool J. Produced by Moxie Pictures with creative direction from Arnold Worldwide, the spot employs a live-action technique and cinematic lighting to maintain the character-driven style of the series. Post-production and VFX were managed by The Color Refinery and Zero VFX, with sound and music support provided by JSM Music and Soundtrack Group.
