Urban Sculptures for Numéro Switzerland is an editorial fashion series that explores the juxtaposition of high-fashion couture against stark, weathered industrial environments. The series features model Jenella Powell navigating a range of textures, from chain-link fences and rusted concrete pillars to distressed masonry, grounding elaborate garments in a gritty, architectural reality. Photographer Harol Baez utilizes natural light and diverse framing to accentuate the tactile qualities of the wardrobe, which includes heavily beaded headpieces, mirrored shard dresses, and intricate crocheted gowns. The styling, curated by Davis Carrasquillo, leans into a dialogue between ornate craftsmanship and the raw, unpolished surfaces of the urban backdrop, captured through a lens of clean editorial precision.
