Timeless, now is a fashion editorial series for Numéro Switzerland that explores the intersection of architectural form and high-contrast photography. The project leans into a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing stark studio settings and directional lighting to emphasize the structural silhouettes of the garments. Photographer Jonathan Wolpert works alongside creative director and stylist Alexandre Dornellas to construct a series of graphic, monochromatic portraits. The imagery utilizes chiaroscuro and clean, hard-light techniques to highlight textures, from metallic bodices to intricate sculptural updos and bold, avant-garde makeup applications by Max Weber. Through a focus on symmetry and sharp silhouettes, the work maintains a rigorous, editorial sensibility.
