Grande Beauté is an editorial beauty story for L'Officiel Belgium, focused on the intersection of cosmetic product design and human skin texture. Through a series of macro photographs and portraits, the project captures the tactile nature of luxury beauty items alongside raw, intimate depictions of natural features. Photographed by Gill Nunes, the series moves between technical product studies and candid portraits. The work utilizes editorial, minimalist styling and macro photography to highlight specific product components and facial details, such as freckles and skin grain, under soft, diffused lighting and natural light. The aesthetic leans into a raw, authentic presentation of beauty that avoids heavy retouching, favoring monochrome and clean, high-contrast compositions.
