Kia Australia’s campaign for the EV5 electric SUV leans into a clean, minimalist aesthetic, placing the vehicle within industrial and urban architectural settings. Using high-angle perspectives, the campaign captures the SUV against textured concrete surfaces, with long, dramatic shadows emphasizing the vehicle’s exterior lines and modern design. The series, which incorporates commercial photography and drone footage, features both white and blue models positioned across rooftop and roadway environments. The imagery relies on warm, natural light to create a consistent, high-contrast look throughout the campaign. Photographer Ian Butterworth and retoucher Electric Art led the visual production for this automotive project.
