Description

Cocktail Hour is a jewellery and fashion editorial series produced for Harper's Bazaar France. The project explores the intersection of high-end accessories and tactile textiles, featuring a collection of statement rings captured in both macro product studies and editorial portraits. Photographer Louis Dewynter employs soft, directional lighting and clean, neutral palettes to emphasize the intricate metalwork and stone settings of the featured pieces. Styled by Daria Di Gennaro, the imagery balances the brilliance of gemstones with rich, textured garments ranging from faux fur to structured leather and sequined apparel. Featuring model Marie Seguy, the series incorporates professional hair styling by Quentin Lafforgue and makeup by Kamila Vay, with manicuring by Jessica Trochut and set design by Nicolas Mur. The production leans into a clean, editorial aesthetic, prioritizing precise framing and a deliberate play between soft and direct lighting techniques.
