Description

Blossom Time is an editorial fashion and jewellery feature produced for Harper's Bazaar France. The series leans into a clean, minimal aesthetic, utilizing soft natural light to emphasize the tactile quality of high-end fabrics and the intricate craftsmanship of statement jewellery pieces. Photographer Dougal Macarthur captures model América González across a variety of studio portraits, prioritising crisp focus and refined skin textures. The project highlights a collaborative approach to editorial styling, with fashion direction from Gary David Moore. The imagery integrates structural elements—such as layered knits and architectural leather garments—alongside polished beauty compositions. Technical execution is supported by hair stylist Sebastien Richard, makeup artist Thierry Do Nascimento, and manicurist Joanna Memmi, maintaining a consistent, sophisticated visual language throughout the collection.
