Reimagined Romanticism for GQ Portugal presents a nuanced exploration of contemporary menswear, balancing structured tailoring with soft, tactile layering. Photographed by Luca Stefanon and styled by fashion editor Julie Wozniak, the editorial navigates a range of settings from stark, raw architectural concrete walls to controlled, minimalist studio backdrops. The narrative leans into a moody, sculptural aesthetic, often utilising high-contrast lighting and monochromatic palettes to highlight the interplay of leather, lace, and heavy knit textures. Throughout the series, the styling by Wozniak oscillates between sharp, geometric precision and fluid, romantic details—seen in the juxtaposition of studded leather vests and sheer lace shirting.
