The project leans into high-contrast studio aesthetics, utilizing clean backdrops and dramatic chiaroscuro lighting to emphasize texture and form. Photographer Vincent van den Dries captures the editorial’s dynamic range, moving from monochrome portraits to saturated color-blocked compositions. Fashion editor and stylist Jan Bries curates a diverse wardrobe, blending structured knitwear, leather accents, and playful accessories like jewelled crowns and beaded hats. The imagery features model David Ikuepamitan, whose fluid poses bridge the gap between classic tailoring and modern, active silhouettes.
