Financial Times HTSI Magazine presents Le Train Bleu, an editorial feature exploring the intersection of movement and design. The project highlights a collaboration between Chanel and the English National Ballet, showcasing dancers performing original choreography in period-inspired garments. Photographed by Vivek Vadoliya, the series utilizes clean, natural light to emphasize the sculptural quality of the costumes and the dynamic lines of the performers. The dancers move against a monumental, hand-painted scenic backdrop, lending a tactile, mural-like texture to the editorial portraits. Makeup artist Marco Antonio provides the grooming, reinforcing the soft, expressive aesthetic of the imagery.
