Fendi
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Jul 2024
The Fendi Fall 2024 campaign is a masterclass in modern luxury fashion, deftly balancing the house’s archival legacy with a sharp, contemporary sensibility. Captured through the lens of legendary photographer Steven Meisel, the project channels a cool, architectural aesthetic that leans into the interplay between human form and sculptural history. By juxtaposing models like Anok Yai and Vittoria Ceretti against weathered classical marble statues, the imagery creates a visceral tension between the timelessness of art and the transient nature of seasonal trends. Creative direction from Kim Jones, Silvia Venturini Fendi, alongside Ronnie Cooke Newhouse and Karl Bolander, ensures a cohesive vision that elevates the iconic Peekaboo and new shoulder bag silhouettes into center-stage protagonists. The execution relies on rigorous studio strobe lighting, which meticulously defines the supple textures of Italian leather and the precision of the brand's metallic hardware. With styling by Olivier Rizzo, the look is anchored by a sophisticated color palette of deep browns, mustards, and olives, while Guido Palau’s slicked-back hair and Pat McGrath’s bold, deep berry lips lean into an editorial minimalism that feels both severe and refined. This portrait-heavy commercial series serves as a definitive statement on the intersection of craftsmanship and high fashion, proving that even within a controlled studio environment, the narrative power of the house remains profoundly dynamic and unmistakably Fendi.
