Ermanno Scervino
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Jul 2024
Ermanno Scervino’s Fall 2024 campaign strips away the excess of luxury fashion to focus on the interplay between tactile materiality and the enduring influence of the muse. Captured through the lens of photographer duo Luigi & Iango, the project leans into a minimalist aesthetic that places Claudia Schiffer at the center of a study in contrasts. By utilizing studio strobe lighting to craft low-key and chiaroscuro effects, the series emphasizes the ruggedness of oversized leather jackets and the heavy, intricate patterns of chunky knitwear against Schiffer’s composed, editorial gaze. Sissy Vian’s styling choices anchor the collection in a grounded reality, where sequin-covered shorts meet heavy shearling, while Lorenzo Barcella’s wet-look hair styling and Georgi Sandev’s precise makeup application ensure a polished, high-contrast finish. Each portrait functions as a deliberate exercise in studio portraiture, stripping back the noise to highlight the garment’s construction. Through this disciplined visual language, the brand reinforces its commitment to luxury fashion, proving that even in a stripped-back setting, the authority of classic tailoring remains undeniable. The resulting imagery is not merely an advertisement but an exploration of texture and form, establishing a timeless visual identity for the season while maintaining the effortless, elevated allure that has defined Scervino’s long-standing place within the global fashion industry.
