About

Document Journal presents Exuberance Is Beauty, a fashion editorial series that shifts between controlled studio portraiture and candid urban street photography. The project explores sculptural tailoring and high-contrast texture, utilizing a clean, vertical editorial format that anchors the subjects against neutral studio backgrounds and desaturated cityscapes. Photographer Ola Rindal captures the collection with a mix of soft studio lighting and gritty, analogue film textures. The aesthetic is defined by creative director Nick Vogelson and fashion editor Dogi Nesanir, who integrate elements of monochromatic styling to emphasize the movement and volume of the featured garments.
