Dazed Beauty showcases the Rouge Collection, a high-fashion editorial project defined by monochromatic crimson palettes and avant-garde sculptural elements. The series features model Aweng Chuol, whose silhouette is transformed through intricate, tower-like hair designs and textured garments that blur the line between fashion and wearable art. Photographer Joaquin Castillo captures the collection against stark, industrial-leaning backdrops, utilizing natural light and moody, desaturated tones to create high-contrast visuals. With hair styling by Charlie Le Mindu, the project leans into tactile, raw aesthetics, employing techniques such as chiaroscuro and analogue film styles to accentuate the complex fringe and beaded details of the red ensemble.
