Twice On is a fashion editorial series for Crosscurrent that explores sculptural silhouettes and avant-garde tailoring. The project leans into a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing neutral studio backdrops to isolate and highlight the structural lines of the garments. Photographer Ola Rindal collaborates with fashion editor Eliza Conlon to craft a series that transitions between sterile, high-contrast studio portraiture and surreal, outdoor settings. The work relies on soft, even lighting to define fabric textures, ranging from delicate satin to voluminous, draped textiles. Techniques such as analogue film and monochrome processing are employed to ground the collection in a tactile, atmospheric frame. The result is a study in form, emphasizing architectural construction through clean, understated styling.
