Crosscurrent #5 presents a series of seasonal covers for their Autumn/Winter 2024 edition, grounding the publication in a sharp, monochromatic visual language. The project captures an editorial aesthetic through a selection of vertical, high-contrast portraits that lean into a gritty, analogue feel. Photographers Alessandro Furchino Capria, Angela Hill, Jeremy Everett, and Theo Sion explore texture and silhouette against urban rooftop backdrops, utilizing natural light to define the structured apparel. Featuring models Karen Elson and Libby Bennett, the imagery is curated by fashion editors Alice Goddard, Matt Holmes, and Max Pearmain, with hair styling by Sabrina Szinay and Tom Wright, and makeup artistry by Francelle Daly and Thom Walker. Casting was directed by Nico Mao, Piotr Chamier, and Rachel Chandler.
