About

The Extreme Glow-Up project for CR Fashion Book explores the intersection of high-glam domesticity and precise makeup artistry. Captured by photographer Aytekin Yalçın, the editorial series leans into a polished aesthetic, featuring dramatic beauty looks that incorporate technical tools and surreal props. Under the creative direction of Carine Roitfeld, the series utilizes macro photography and low-key lighting to emphasize skin textures and intricate cosmetic details. Hair stylist Vincent De Moro contributes voluminous, retro-styled silhouettes, while makeup artist Hugo Villard employs high-gloss and saturated palettes to achieve the final look.
