Colombe d’Humières Fall 2023 Ad Campaign 2023

About

For the Fall 2023 campaign, jewellery brand Colombe d’Humières presents an evocative study in texture and minimalist luxury, captured through a lens that prizes raw, human intimacy. Photographer Mark Lukasavage masterfully orchestrates this editorial portrait series, shifting the focus from the jewelry itself to the tactile intersection of polished silver and the organic human form. By employing studio strobe and natural light, the campaign leans into a clean, commercial aesthetic that highlights the intricate craftsmanship of the silver-link necklaces and ear cuffs. The imagery is anchored by a compelling cast including Salem Hu, Celio, and Zora, whose presence brings a grounded, neutral intensity to each frame. Stylist Samina Giobellina complements this vision by layering delicate metallic accents against skin adorned with fine-line tattoos, creating a striking visual tension between the permanent ink and the transient elegance of the accessories. With technical precision from hair stylist Ryan Mitchell and makeup artist Lauren Bos, the work reads as a sophisticated dialogue between the body and the object. Eschewing the noise of traditional luxury, the project favors a muted palette and macro-focused compositions, ensuring the reflective surfaces of the silver remain the undeniable protagonist. This collection manages to feel both timeless and deeply current, finding a serene, ethereal balance that defines a new standard for modern jewellery photography.
