BOYS WILL BOY is a sprawling fashion editorial for Coeval Magazine that explores tension and intimacy within the domestic sphere. Through a series of highly stylized domestic tableaus, the project captures a cast of characters in unexpected sartorial pairings, blending traditional menswear silhouettes with sheer fabrics, high heels, and delicate textural details. The imagery favors natural light and grainy, analogue-inflected aesthetics to ground the theatrical staging in a lived-in, raw reality. Photographer and creative director Boris Camaca drives the visual narrative, focusing on dramatic architectural framing and the quiet energy of shared living spaces. Fashion editor Antonio Autorino curates a wardrobe that intentionally disrupts gender norms, while hair stylist Massa YAHIRO contributes to the precise, composed grooming of the subjects. The project serves as an extensive study in posture and narrative composition, moving between intimate portraiture and candid interactions.
