The work captures subjects within their authentic professional environments, ranging from construction sites to commercial kitchens, to highlight community-led entrepreneurship. Utilizing a clean, observational approach and natural lighting, the film prioritizes realism through live-action technique and a desaturated aesthetic. Sound design and original compositions for the piece were provided by the music company Pull.
