Chanel Spring/Summer 2026 Campaign

Jan 2026
For the Chanel Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, the iconic luxury fashion house delivers an evocative visual narrative that bridges the gap between heritage craftsmanship and contemporary ease. Under the guidance of creative director Sheila Single, the campaign channels a serene, Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic, utilizing natural light to accentuate the intricate textures of the collection, from vibrant crochet jackets to the brand's signature tweed. Photographer Alec Soth captures a series of editorial and lifestyle images that favor candid, human-centric moments, placing models like Loli Bahia and Awar Odhiang within lush, sun-drenched gardens and opulent, character-filled interiors. The photography leans into a sophisticated, tactile quality, where the interplay of light and shadow highlights the artisanal details of the garments. Alongside the sun-drenched outdoor scenes, the campaign incorporates studio strobe techniques to capture dynamic, mid-air movement, providing a sharp, modern contrast to the organic environment. With supporting artistry from hair stylist Duffy and makeup artist Lucia Pieroni, the imagery feels both polished and remarkably alive. By eschewing rigid formality in favor of fluid, graceful compositions, the project redefines the high-fashion editorial, positioning Chanel as a brand that remains deeply rooted in elegance while continuously evolving alongside the shifting nature of the modern, globetrotting lifestyle. It is a masterful balance of classic brand codes and a fresh, spontaneous energy.
