Boy.Brother.Friend presents the covers for Issue 9, Winter 2024, continuing the publication's exploration of contemporary art, fashion, and culture. The editorial series features a collection of portraits defined by moody, high-contrast lighting and clean compositions. The imagery leans into an analogue aesthetic, utilizing tight framing and deliberate styling choices. Creative production for the issue was led by Editor-in-Chief KK Obi, with photography captured by Jebi Labembika, Matt Lambert, and Paul Mpagi Sepuya. Styling was managed by KK Obi, Milton Dixon III, and Ola Ebiti, with hair design by Ali Pirzadeh and Taiba Taiba, and makeup artistry by Grace Sinnott and Kenny Campbell.
