Bottega Veneta
'Campana' Fall 2025 Ad Campaign

Sep 2025
For the Fall 2025 Campana ad campaign, Bottega Veneta delivers a masterclass in editorial minimalism, stripping away the superfluous to focus entirely on the house's hallmark materiality. Under the creative vision of Creative Director Louise Trotter and Creative Director Paul Olivennes, the campaign channels a cinematic intimacy, utilizing a stark black-and-white palette that leans into the interplay of light and shadow. Shot by photographer Jack Davison, the imagery employs a distinct diptych structure that juxtaposes the organic, gestural fluidity of its human subjects—including Julianne Moore and Terrance Lau—against the rigid, intricate beauty of the brand's iconic woven leather accessories. The execution relies on a refined blend of natural light and sharp studio strobe lighting, creating a high-contrast aesthetic that highlights the tactile depth of the intrecciato weave. By isolating human movement and expression alongside product detail, the campaign achieves a sense of sophisticated, quiet luxury. The deliberate use of clean serif typography reinforces a disciplined, modern identity. With styling by Robbie Spencer and set design by Staci-Lee Hindley and Julia Wagner, every element is calibrated to elevate the product into a study of form and texture, proving that the most resonant fashion advertising is often that which embraces the power of simplicity and thoughtful, human-centric composition.
