Red Bloom is a beauty and fashion editorial series for Beauty Scene that explores monochromatic intensity through a lens of high-key minimalism. The project centres on sculptural silhouettes and architectural styling, using bold crimson motifs and layered textures to create depth within a stark studio environment. Photographer Jae Eun Seok captures the series with a focus on graphic precision, utilizing both clean white backdrops and saturated red environments to highlight the interplay between form and color. Makeup artist Michael Chua complements the aesthetic with avant-garde beauty looks, including graphic eye washes, floral petal applications, and deep, glossy lips. Casting by Eric Cano rounds out the production, which consistently employs editorial techniques like motion blur and shallow depth of field to define the project's contemporary visual language.
