HARD NEWS is a fashion editorial series for Revista 192 that channels the aesthetic of 20th-century broadcast journalism through an urban, high-fashion lens. Photographed by Izack Morales, the project captures model Adau Aguer in a series of setups that blend the grit of street reporting with sharp, contemporary styling. Throughout the series, stylist Kingsley Osuji weaves together an all-black wardrobe that contrasts fluid satin slip dresses and sheer lace gowns against structured tweed jackets, tailored suits, and vintage broadcast equipment. The imagery, defined by its analogue film quality, leans into the interplay of harsh daylight and geometric shadows against classical limestone architecture. Makeup by Michael Chua and casting by Eleonor Delecluse complete the production, resulting in a series that balances raw, candid-style interaction with highly deliberate editorial composition.
