The work juxtaposes the raw geometry of frozen fruit with polished skin, utilising a macro lens to capture tactile details like melting condensation and crystalline ice structures. Photographers and art directors Ash and Ped maintain a consistent aesthetic throughout, pairing natural light with soft, directional illumination. The imagery balances high-contrast colour palettes of deep red and pastel purple against neutral, clean studio backgrounds. The series leans into editorial techniques to highlight makeup application, including glossy lip treatments and saturated blush across a range of portraits.
