BBC’s 'Made Of Here' is a cinematic broadcast campaign that connects British landscapes with the rhythm of local community life. The narrative centers on a series of large-scale projections, casting archival and portrait imagery onto rugged coastal cliff faces and dense urban brickwork. Directed through Somesuch, the piece channels a moody and desaturated aesthetic, utilizing live-action technique to ground the projections in realistic environments. The visual language shifts from the windswept coastline to the neon-lit energy of fairgrounds, maintaining a balance between natural scenery and artificial light. Post-production efforts from Trim Editing and Rascal refine the interplay between the environments and the projected subjects.
