For the Women At Work project, American Vogue presents a series of fashion editorial portraits that explore structured silhouettes and varied textures. Photographed by Amy Troost with creative direction by Raul Martinez, the series blends clean, directional studio lighting with natural light settings. The imagery features models including Adut Akech, Paloma Elsesser, and Liu Wen. The styling, led by fashion editor Tabitha Simmons, incorporates precise details like sequin accents, intricate lace, and bold color-blocking. Utilizing chiaroscuro techniques and polished, monochrome compositions, the project creates a focused, high-fashion aesthetic across diverse settings.
