All is Vanity, Nothing is Fair is an expansive fashion editorial for AnOther Magazine, led by photographer Mark Kean and fashion editor Robbie Spencer. The series employs a rigorous approach to silhouette and texture, moving between stark, high-contrast monochrome studio work and warm, ambient interior scenes. Key to the project is a focus on structural tailoring, layering, and vibrant colour blocking that emphasizes mid-motion energy and architectural form. Set design by Suzanne Beirne provides a mix of minimalist studio environments and classical column-framed backdrops that ground the editorial's polished, contemporary aesthetic. Hair styling by Tom Wright and makeup by Thom Walker further define the project’s varied moods, ranging from natural, effortless styles to bold, graphic applications. Featuring models Alaina Rae, Elodie Guipaud, and Saar Mansvelt Beck, the editorial utilizes varied lighting techniques, including natural light and chiaroscuro, to highlight the intricate details of the designer apparel.
