Daria Kobayashi Ritch is a celebrated fashion and portrait photographer whose work seamlessly bridges the vibrant cultures of Los Angeles and New York. Growing up in the sun-soaked landscapes of Malibu, California, Daria was nurtured by two artist parents who ignited her passion for creativity from an early age. She further honed her artistic vision at UCLA, where she studied fine art, before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena in 2015. Daria's talent has not gone unnoticed; in 2018, she was recognized by both W Magazine and PDN (Photo District News) as a “new and emerging photographer to watch.” The following year marked a significant milestone in her career when her compelling work was featured in the acclaimed exhibition Icons of Style: A Century of Fashion Photography. Her pieces have since been acquired by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, enriching its permanent collection.
