Photographed by Viviane Sassen with styling by Alexandra Carl for the Sotheby's project 'The colours of Morocco', this artwork captures an aerial perspective of traditional stone dye vats. Bold, painted circular shapes in vibrant shades of magenta, golden yellow, cyan, and emerald green overlay the photographed vats and stone masonry. Dark cast shadows frame the geometric arrangement of the basins, contrasting the fluid photographic textures with graphic swathes of saturated color.
