Description

An elevated monorail train is captured moving horizontally across the frame on a structured track set against a clear blue sky. A bird is caught in flight in the upper right portion of the composition, creating a dynamic contrast with the steady motion of the train. The scene is illuminated by natural daylight under an open sky. The composition emphasizes clean horizontal and vertical lines formed by the monorail system against the vast atmospheric background. This documentary-style urban image was photographed in Berlin by Thomas Prior.
