About

This overhead vertical image captures numerous bright orange goldfish swimming together in a natural pond with greenish-brown water. The composition is filled with active fish moving in various directions beneath a water surface marked by bright ripples and soft reflections. Submerged logs and light filtering through the water create subtle layers of depth throughout the scene. The natural lighting highlights the vibrant orange scales of the fish against the darker, murky water background. The photograph is shot from a high-angle perspective by Sydney-based photographer Nic Gossage.
