Description

A focused portrait captures a fencer wearing a protective mask prominently painted with the stars and stripes of the American flag. The subject stands centered against a neutral, brightly lit background, holding a fencing foil vertically with both hands directly in front of the chest. They wear a classic metallic fencing jacket and white trousers, emphasizing a clean and structured composition. The lighting is soft and even, highlighting the textured weave of the mask and the metallic sheen of the uniform. This striking visual piece is photographed by Sam Kweskin.
