Description

This close-up polaroid portrait captures the right side of a woman's face in stark, moody lighting with a cool blue colour grade. The subject has auburn hair, visible freckles across her nose and cheek, and striking blue eyes. A dark fabric hood frames her face, and she lightly holds a small blue flower with a yellow center near her lips. The background consists of a textured, muted surface under soft lighting. The image was photographed by Eleonora Vergnano for the Lula Japan project Rooted Silence.
