Rich Stapleton, Photographer, New York

Description

This still life composition captured by photographer Rich Stapleton presents a simple spherical object resting atop a square pedestal. The scene is set inside a dimly lit interior with a heavily textured, earthen wall forming the backdrop. Natural light streams in from a vertical window frame on the right side, cutting across the pedestal and creating a sharp highlight on the sphere. The overall composition is grounded by a dark floor and deep shadows that emphasize the minimalist geometry and tactile surfaces.
