Description

This expressive portrait illustration by illustrator Jodee Knowles depicts the upper torso and waist of a female figure against a split-colour background of pink and blue. The figure is rendered with visible, textured brushstrokes in shades of grey, muted pink, and white, outlined with heavy black linework. A textured green garment or fabric wraps around the waist at the bottom of the frame. The application of paint is raw and painterly, showing layered textures and visible strokes across the entire canvas.
