Description

A close-up portrait of a golden retriever captured against a solid black background. The dog features rich, warm brown fur with highlights accentuating its soft texture and floppy ears. The lighting creates a gentle rim light around the silhouette of the head and shoulders, drawing focus to the expressive eyes and dark nose. The composition is a vertical headshot focusing intensely on the subject's features. Photographed in Chicago by Andy Mahr.
