About

This photograph by Bastian Thiery captures an open photobook laid against a dark background. The left page displays the rear interior of a car with three small decorative dog and cat figurines placed on the parcel shelf beneath the back window. The right page features a portrait of a middle-aged man standing on a city street in Berlin, wearing sunglasses, a dark shirt, and a brown blazer. The natural lighting and candid style highlight the urban setting and observational aesthetic.
