Anson Smart, Photographer, Sydney

Description

This close-up photograph by Sydney-based photographer Anson Smart captures a pair of hands cupped together as they release a fine, vibrant cascade of orange spice dust. The powdery particles fall downward, creating a dynamic trail that pools into a textured pile on the dark surface below. The lighting creates stark contrast between the illuminated hands and spice against the dark background. The composition focuses intimately on the tactile interaction of hands and dry powder.
