Andy Hatton, Photographer, Sydney

Description

This vertical photographic study by Sydney-based photographer Andy Hatton captures a dramatic atmospheric scene dominated by dark, brooding storm clouds set against a brilliant golden hour sky. The lower layers of clouds catch warm amber and orange tones, creating a strong contrast with the heavy charcoal forms drifting across the upper frame. The natural lighting accentuates the textured movement of the vapour trails and wind-swept cloud formations. The composition focuses entirely on the skyscape, offering a moody and contemplative view of twilight weather patterns. The warm colour grading and rich tonal range enhance the striking natural phenomena captured during the shoot.
